1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using ExitLag, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service.

2. The service

ExitLag optimizes your connection to game servers using route optimization and Multipath technology. Results depend on your network, hardware and third-party services, and cannot be guaranteed.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

4. Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans (Solo, Duo, Squad) renew automatically until cancelled. You can manage or cancel in the client area. Trials convert only if you choose to subscribe.

5. Acceptable use

Don’t misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, reverse engineer it, or use it for unlawful activity.

6. Intellectual property

ExitLag and its software, branding and content are owned by ExitLag and protected by law. These terms grant you a limited, revocable licence to use the service.

7. Disclaimer & liability

The service is provided “as is” to the maximum extent permitted by law, without warranties. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.
